Every order implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
5. Pricing and Payment :
Prices are listed in euros, including VAT. Payment is due upon order, via SureCart, Stripe or PayPal. No banking data is stored on the site.
6. Right of Withdrawal :
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed before the end of the legal period nor to digital content delivered immediately after customer agreement.
7. Service Execution :
The provider agrees to deliver the service as described. In case of impossibility of execution, a refund within 14 days.
8. Responsibility :
The provider is not responsible for indirect damages related to the use of the services provided.
9. Intellectual Property :
All contents (texts, images, videos, materials) remain the property of Be Clicked Agency. Any reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

Collected data is processed according to the Privacy Policy.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Estonian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts at the service provider's registered office.
